Now create a new layer and add a background
color to your design.

the Add a Layer Style icon at the bottom of the
Layers Palette, and select <Stroke>
from the menu.

Choose
the settings you want in the Layer Style dialog box,
including color, size, and position of the stroke. For
example, create a blue, 10-pixel
border around your graphic.
