ready to set up both of your Photoshop documents for
printing. (So that both documents
print exactly in the middle of the page, it’s important
to center each of them on a piece of paper measuring 8.5 by
11 inches.) |

In Photoshop, center your CD cover
document on an 8.5 by 11 canvas in landscape orientation:

Select <Image>, then
<Canvas Size>. |

Enter
11 for Width and 8.5 for Height. |

Click
the center square on the Anchor. |

Click <OK>. |

Repeat this process for the Photoshop
file containing the inside document. |
