Draw a path for your balloon to follow.
First, at the bottom of the Timeline, hit the <Add Motion Guide> button. Flash adds a new layer to the Timeline.
Select the Pencil tool and use it to draw a line for the balloon to follow.
Hit <Enter> and watch the balloon move.
